Guidelines for Allocating Insurance Premiums to Investments

(In cases of paying regular protection premiums for coverage)

Investment Options

  1. Policyholders can select their preferred allocation ratios among a maximum of five funds, with each allocation being an integer and the total adding up to 100.
  2. Policyholders have the option to choose Automatic Fund Rebalancing, which adjusts the portfolio every 3, 6, or 12 months.
  3. Policyholders can enable Automatic Fund Switching, where the fund allocation adjusts automatically every month or within a period not exceeding 12 months.
  4. Policyholders can manually change fund allocations or perform Fund Switching. Changes can be made across funds within the same policy, considering the terms and conditions for fund switching fees. (Currently, a fee of 1,000 THB is applied for each fund switch.)

Investment Status Updates

  1. Investment performance can be reviewed through the account summary issued twice a year along with premium payment receipts. Additional updates can also be requested through online services.
  2. Access investment details via www.tokiomarine.com or the Customer Care Center (OCC) by calling 02-650-1400 ext. 1 or through the TMLTH Touch Point mobile application.

Policy Confirmation and Legal Obligations

After the premium payment is made, the company will send a confirmation SMS and email. The policyholder is required to verify the provided details and notify the company of any discrepancies within 30 days. Failure to notify within this period implies acceptance of the confirmed details.
