Attack<\/li>\n<li>Coronary Artery By-pass Surgery<\/li>\n<li>Other Serious Coronary Artery Diseases<\/li>\n<li>Open Heart Surgery for the Heart Valve<\/li>\n<li>Surgery to Aorta<\/li>\n<li>Lupus Nephritis from Systemic Lupus Erythematosus<\/li>\n<li>Chronic Kidney Failure<\/li>\n<li>Cerebral Aneurysm Requiring Brain Surgery<\/li>\n<li>Primary Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension<\/li>\n<li>Severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease\/End-stage Lung Disease<\/li>\n<li>Heart, Lung, or Kidney Transplantation<\/li>\n<li>Paget\u2019s Disease of Bone<\/li>\n<li>Major Stroke<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><em>Remark: Please study the definition of critical illnesses in the policy contract.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Exclusion<\/strong><br \/><strong>Pre-existing Condition<\/strong><br \/>The company will not pay the benefits under this rider in the event of chronic diseases, injuries, or illnesses (including their complications) that were not cured prior to the initial effective date of this rider, except:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The company is willing to accept these risks even though the insured has already stated the declaration.<\/li>\n<li>Chronic diseases, injuries, or illnesses (including their complications) have not been shown any appearance, insured has not received treatment or got diagnosed by a physician, or has not consulted with a physician within 5 years prior to the initial effective date of this rider and within 3 years after the initial effective date of this rider.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Waiting Period<\/strong><br \/>The company will not pay the benefits under this rider in the event of:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Any illnesses occurring within 30 days from the effective date of this rider or date on which the company approves the additional benefits of this rider, whichever date is later.<\/li>\n<li>Any of the following illnesses occurring within 120 days from the effective date of this rider or the date on which the company approves the additional benefits of this rider, whichever date is later:\n<ul>\n<li>Tumors, Cysts, or all types of Cancers<\/li>\n<li>Hemorrhoid<\/li>\n<li>All types of Hernia<\/li>\n<li>Pterygium or Cataract<\/li>\n<li>Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy<\/li>\n<li>All types of Calculi<\/li>\n<li>Varicose Veins<\/li>\n<li>Endometriosis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The expenses for annual medical checkup, vaccination, eyesight treatment, and outpatient dental treatment that occur within 300 days from the effective date of this rider or the latest renewal date of this rider, whichever date is later.<\/li>\n<li>Invasive Cancer (for the endorsement of maximum coverage extension per policy year in case of hospitalization from the 18 critical illnesses) that occurs prior to the effective date of the rider to which this endorsement is attached, within 90 days after the effective date of the rider, or in the case of reinstatement when the rider to which this endorsement is attached becomes terminated.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>Partial Exclusions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The condition caused by congenital or immaturity of organ development, genetic disorders, or abnormality of body development, unless the rider has been effective for at least one year (1 year), and the condition has appeared after the insured attains 16 years old.<\/li>\n<li>Esthetic enhancement treatments or cosmetic surgeries for skin beauty purposes such as acne, melasma, freckles, dandruff, hair fall, or weight control, or other alternative surgeries or treatments.
